Affirm

Deposit & Appointment Policy (Aloha Tattoo)

Deposit required: Non-refundable, transferable deposit for all tattoo services.

Online or walk-ins quoted over $500: 50% deposit of the quoted price.

Walk-ins under $500: $52.36 (taxes & fees included).

Balance due: After your session; may adjust for same-day design changes.

Rescheduling: Keep your deposit with ≥72 hours’ notice. Less notice or rescheduling more than once results in deposit forfeiture.

No-shows/unconfirmed: Appointment may be canceled and deposit retained.

COVID-19: Reschedule without deposit loss.

Artist changes: Deposits are paid to American Made Tattoo LLC, not individual artists. If an artist departs, deposit is not refunded but can be used with another Aloha Tattoo artist.

Design changes: Significant changes may require additional cost and/or rescheduling. If you opt not to proceed or not to reschedule, the deposit is forfeited.

Age: Clients must be 18+.

Policy updates: Subject to change without prior notice.

Invoices are generated through our CRM and sent by email.

All payments are processed securely via Stripe.
