Meet Gordon “Wrath” McCloud – A Tattoo Legend Now at Aloha Tattoo Kailua
If you know tattooing, then you know the name Gordon “Wrath” McCloud!
A veteran of the tattoo world, Wrath has been tattooing for decades and has earned a legendary status among serious collectors and professional tattoo artists alike. Known for his bold lines, fearless designs, and deep understanding of the craft, Wrath brings a rich history and undeniable presence to the shop floor at Aloha Tattoo Kailua—our original landmark location on the windward side of Oahu.

Wrath’s career has taken him across the country, working with some of the most respected names in the industry. His style blends traditional American tattooing with a gritty street-shop intensity that can’t be faked. Every tattoo he does carries the weight of years behind the machine, the wisdom of time, and the attitude of a true lifer.

Now rooted in Kailua, Wrath offers a rare opportunity for both locals and visitors to get tattooed by a true icon. Whether you’re looking for bold blackwork, timeless traditional, or custom one-off pieces, you’ll walk out of the shop wearing something real—tattooed by someone who has earned his reputation the hard way.
At Aloha Tattoo, we’re proud to have Gordon “Wrath” McCloud working under our roof. He’s not just a tattooer—he’s a piece of tattoo history.

About the Author
I'm Tim Goodrich, owner of Aloha Tattoo. My tattooing journey began in the Marines, where I first trained as an artist and developed a deep connection to the craft. After my service, I pursued professional tattooing, drawing on a blend of military discipline and diverse artistic influences. Today, my studios, including our prominent location in the Hilton Hawaiian Village in Waikiki, offer a wide range of styles from traditional to black and grey tattoos. Each piece we create is more than just ink—it's a reflection of a lifelong dedication to the art, designed to resonate with everyone from Navy personnel to island visitors.
